Stretch & Breathe No.1 | 1 hour

This class is mostly floor based and moves more slowly than dynamic yoga. We take the time to really find our breath and flow within movements, aiming for a full body stretch. It is a gentle class perfect for pressing pause before the weekend. If you are new to yoga or injured it’s a good choice.

Today we are focusing on hamstrings & balance. You will need your mat and a strap (or belt).
