In October we look forward to adding two new evening classes: Steve’s Qi Gong and Sarah Lewis’s Nourish & Reset Yoga class. Plus Rich’s Sunday morning yoga sessions: Yin followed by Vinyasa.
In November Debs will be offering her popular Mindfulness course, held previously at Henham.
Also in November there will be yoga workshops.
