Welcome to the recording of the first live stream Stretch & Breathe class taught by Sarah Rous. This class has a more personal feel as not only is Thea demonstrating the yoga poses in the studio, but there are participants via Zoom receiving specific feedback too. Filmed at 9am on a Friday, the same time Stretch & Breathe classes were held before lockdown. The closest thing you could get to an actual in person experience!
As usual we start with a breathing exercise, followed by an extended warm up and a balancing section. Frog pose is included near the end, which is not often taught and fun to try a position which highlights any asymmetry in the pelvis. Hope you enjoy joining in at home.
