Sarah Rous became a yoga teacher six years ago, and has been practicing yoga for two decades! She teaches creative vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, and is qualified to teach pre & post natal yoga. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she is passionate about introducing people to yoga and helping them find the right yoga that works for their body and lifestyle. Sarah runs Yoga + Fitness events at Henham Barns which have seen over 1,500 people enjoy themselves.
Rich has been teaching yoga in different parts of the world since 2015. He completed his YTT in New Zealand with Power Living and has been teaching since day one. After travelling and working as a teacher in NZ, France, Ibiza, and India, he has now come back to his roots in the East of England to offer his knowledge and teach.When he’s not teaching, he’s usually writing, playing the guitar and having a sing song, or finding a beach somewhere to be near the water.
Melanie Halsey is an ex-ballet dancer who loves the discipline of Pilates. Her detailed instruction helps you reignite your core. Melanie is passionate about movement classes and has recently undertaken training in Barre.
Ali has danced all her life and has performed in some of the West End’s biggest shows including Grease, We Will Rock You, Oliver and Saturday Night Fever. In 2016, Ali qualified as a DanceFit instructor and has never looked back, enjoying leading high energy classes infused with her humour and kindness to an awesome soundtrack. She offers both beginner’s dance and improver’s class at Henham Barns. You will leave happy and sweaty!
